Got My OP-Eye on You

Apply a layer of Natural Nail Base Coat & let dry.

Apply 2 coats of Big Apple Red lacquer.

Using Alpine Snow and a nail art brush, create a half moon at the base of the nail and fill in.

Using a clean nail brush, create a smaller half moon with Can't Find my Czechbook. 

Create the pupil with a small dotting tool and Black Onyx.

Apply a small white dot on the edge of the pupil with Alpine Snow.

Draw small, rigged lines with Big Apple Red on the white area to create veins.

Finish by applying a thin layer of OPI Top Coat and let dry.
